Luke Tyson Strickland pleaded not guilty to stealing by clerk, entering premises
A man is facing a number of charges in relation to a series of alleged break-ins at a Tiaro service station.

A man facing a number of charges relating to alleged thefts at United Petrol Station at Tiaro has appeared in court.
Luke Tyson Strickland faced Maryborough Magistrates Court via videolink this week charged with three counts of enter premises, fraudulently produce record, stealing by clerk, breach of bail and driving without a licence that had been disqualified by a court order.
He entered not guilty pleas to the charge of stealing by a clerk, fraudulently producing a record, breaching bail and the three counts of entering premises during his court appearance.
The court heard the charges of entering premises related to an incident on October 18, 2024, October 25, 2024, and January 15, 2025.
The alleged incident on October 18 was in relation to entering the premises of the United Service Station and committing an indictable offence, the court heard, gaining entry by break.
The October 25, 2024, incident allegedly related to stealing a quantity of tobacco products from the petrol station after gaining entry via break.
The incident on January 15, 2025, allegedly related to the theft of a quantity of tobacco products and a CCTV system after gaining entry by break.
He was also charged on that date with breaching a condition of his bail not to proceed within 25 metres of the Tiaro petrol station.
Strickland pleaded guilty to driving without a licence that had been disqualified by court order.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Sonia Edwards said a brief of evidence had been disclosed in a number of the matters.
Another was due to be disclosed on June 17, she said.
Defence lawyer Morgan Harris asked for a two-week adjournment of the matters.
The matters were adjourned until June 30.
