A double murder case on the Fraser Coast has been adjourned for six weeks while police disclose further statements along with body-worn footage from the alleged crime scene.

A woman charged with the double murder of a Biggenden baker and his daughter had been going over material relating to the matter with her lawyer, a court was told on Monday.
Kristen Leslie Olsen, 25, is charged with the murder of Todd Mooney and his daughter Kirra as well as torching a shed on their Fenwicks Rd property in Biggenden on December 20, 2022.
Her matter was briefly mentioned in the Maryborough Magistrates Court on Monday.
Along with the father and daughter’s alleged murder, Ms Olsen is also charged with one count of arson relating to the fire as well as three individual counts of arson and one count of stealing over another alleged incident on the same day.
Ms Olsen’s legal representative Brad Hill said he had been spending a lot of time with his client, who was in custody, reviewing the material.
He said he was seeking one final adjournment to finalise that task and get her instructions.
Police prosecutor Sonia Edwards said police were also seeking an adjournment to supply some missing material, including statements from officers involved in the crime scene and their associated body-worn footage.
Sgt Edwards asked for a six-week adjournment.
Magistrate John Milburn adjourned the matter to December 9.
Ms Olsen has not entered any pleas.
