Magistrate Trinity McGarvie has issued arrest warrants for three Hervey Bay residents who failed to appear in court on charges including drug possession and weapons offences.

Arrest warrants have been issued at the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court after three people failed to appear on Thursday, July 31.
The warrants were issued by Magistrate Trinity McGarvie.
Police will now be on the lookout for these alleged offenders in the area so they can be brought before court.
Arrest warrants were issued for the following residents.
Joshua Kyle Sikora, 22, facing one charge of stealing in Pialba, failed to appear before the court.
Desmond Paul Osborne, 54, facing one charge of unlawful possession of a weapon when he failed to appear on Thursday.
Kurrin Edward Jackson, 33, was due to appear in front of Ms McGarvie on a charge of failing to appear at the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court, one count each of possessing a dangerous drug, possessing a knife, and possessing suspected stolen items in Urangan.
