The Fraser Coast’s most expensive houses can be revealed. Here’s how much they cost, who sold them and who bought them:

The past two years have proven to be blistering ones for the Fraser Coast property market with record sales across the region.
CoreLogic RP Data records reveal that 17 out of the 20 houses from the analysed suburbs in Maryborough and Hervey Bay were bought in either 2021 or 2022.
Some of these price tags were massive, with 16 out of the 20 properties recording sale prices of more than $1m.
Vacant blocks of land, and sites bought to be built on by developers have been excluded from the list.
