Man in his 30s treated for injuries after motorcycle crash

Emergency services have rushed to treat a motorcyclist in his 30s after a single-vehicle crash on a residential Urangan street this morning.

A rider has been injured after he crashed his motorcycle on a residential Hervey Bay road.

Initial reports indicate the crash occurred when a motorbike crashed into a pole on Emerald Park Way, Urangan, about 10.30am.

A spokesman for Queensland Ambulance Service said the rider, a man is his 30s, is being treated for injuries sustained in the single-motorbike crash.

A spokeswoman for Queensland Police Service said multiple units were on scene but there were no road closures at this time.
