Man in Hervey Bay Hospital for burns after Craignish shed fire
A man in his 30s has been rushed to hospital after the shed at his rural Fraser Coast property caught fire.

A man in his 30s has been taken to Hervey Bay Hospital after his shed caught fire at his Craignish property at Craignish on Sunday night.
He was treated with burns to his arms, and remains in stable condition.

A QFES spokesman said multiple crews were needed to help extinguish the blaze at the McCarthy Rd property, which started shortly after 6.30pm.
“Four fire crew were on scene where the fire was in front, on top and inside the 20m by 10m tin shed,” he said.
“The internal blaze was contained 6.55pm, and atmospheric monitoring didn’t indicate anything of concern.
“The damage was then left with the owners.”
