Fire crews rushed to a house fire on Saturday night as flames, spreading from the bedroom, threatened other parts of the house.
Emergency crews were called out to a single-storey brick house on Vaughan Street in Aldershot at 6.50pm.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Servies spokesperson said when crews arrived, the front bedroom was in flames.

Fire crews cleared the house of residents and by 8.15pm, the fire was under control but had affected multiple rooms in the house, they said.
At 8.40pm the fire was completely out and fire crews monitored the scene for another hour and a half.
One man was assessed by paramedics on scene, but declined hospital transport, an ambulance spokesperson said.
The owner, inspecting the house on Sunday morning, said the fire had gutted the house.
The Fire Investigation Unit is looking into the cause of the fire but police have confirmed it is not suspicious.
