Five kids have been assessed by paramedics after a two-vehicle crash on a busy road in Hervey Bay.

Five children have been assessed by paramedics after a two-vehicle rear-end collision in Hervey Bay.

Emergency services were called to the minor crash on Boat Harbour Dr, Scarness, on Wednesday afternoon.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said they assessed seven people at the scene just after 2pm, including five children.
They had four crews on scene and all patients were found to be in stable condition, with no reported injuries.
Nobody was transported to hospital.

A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said the crash was minor and involved no entrapments.
Queensland Police Service spokesman reported officers were not required on scene but verified the incident involved two vehicles.
No road closures or traffic diversions were needed.
