Emergency crews raced to the scene after a car rolled into a fence in Urangan on Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened about 1.30pm on Zircon St, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said.
She said an elderly man was being assessed for injuries at the scene.
