Men leave scene after car crashes into power pole in Urangan

Police are investigating after two men allegedly left the scene when a car crashed into a power pole in Hervey Bay.

The 2005 Holden Adventra crashed into a pole at the intersection of Elizabeth and Miller Street at Urangan about 12.05am on Friday.

Police are investigating a crash in which the occupants of the vehicle are alleged to have left the scene.

Police located two men nearby a short time after the crash and investigations are ongoing into who the driver of the vehicle was.

The vehicle has not been reported stolen.

No one was injured in the crash.
