Two vehicles have collided at Edward Street and Myall Street intersection in Dalby

Paramedics and fire crews were called to the scene after both cars reportedly collided at a busy intersection near Drayton Street.

A woman has been taken to hospital for precautionary measures after she was involved in a two vehicle crash in Dalby.

Paramedics and fire crews rushed to the intersection of Edward Street and Myall Street about 2.50pm to reports of a two car collision.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said an elderly woman was transported to Dalby Hospital in a stable condition with no obvious injuries, while another occupant declined assistance.

Two fire crews attended the scene according to a Queensland Fire and Emergency spokesman, however one had left the scene.

He said both vehicles sustained moderate damage, with Dalby police in attendance.

The vehicles have been partially removed from the road, with traffic congestion easing following the crash.
