Josh Bandera, 23 faced the Dalby District Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to 18 counts of supplying dangerous drugs and five summary charges for possession of drug utensils and property used in relation to drugs.

After being intercepted Bandera provided his phone to police who after investigations discovered he had supplied drugs on 18 occasions between May 28 and July 10.

When sentencing Judge Dennis Lynch noted the drugs were in small quantities and were mostly sold to fund his own drug habit.
He also acknowledged Bandera had been very cooperative with police willingly providing them with his phone and admitting to his crimes.
He was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment suspended and the 15 days he spent in the watch house was declared as time served.
