A man has been taken to the Chinchilla Hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Windmill Rd and Zeller St on Tuesday morning.
The man received a laceration to his head following the crash at about 4.48am and was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
Police said investigations surrounding the cause of the crash were ongoing but they were not likely to press charges.
The road has now been cleared.
