Dalby police investigate suspected armed robbery at Bottle-Mart

Police have released footage of a man who could assist with inquiries after two alleged armed robberies were committed within minutes of each other in Dalby. See the latest.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the alleged armed robberies of two bottleshops in Dalby, with CCTV footage released of a man who could help police with their inquiries.

Initial investigations incidate that about 6.30pm on October 9 a man entered a Nicholson St address armed with a knife and after making threats left in a vehicle with a sum of money and alcohol.

Several minutes later, it is believed the same man entered another business on Bunya St while still armed and threatened the employee of that business, before again fleeing with money and alcohol.

Investigators suspect the man left both incidents in a white Toyota Hilux described as having a flatbed tray and ‘checker-plate’ toolbox.

Anyone who recognises the man, or who witnessed either robbery, is urged to contact police.
