A woman suffered multiple injuries when she was hit by a car in Monto on Wednesday night.

The incident was reported at around 6pm. Paramedics assessed the woman, who had bruising to her face, rib and chest pain, and abrasions to her lower limbs.

“She was transported to Monto Hospital in a stable condition,” a Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said.

Queensland fire and police services were also on scene.
