A man in his 40s has been flown to hospital after his car hit a ditch off the Burnett Highway overnight.
Emergency crews were called to the scene on the highway near Lane Creek Road just after 1am on Tuesday.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said the man was injured when the car veered off the road and into a ditch.
A rescue helicopter was tasked to the scene just before 2am.
The aeromedical crew worked with paramedics and Queensland Fire and Emergency Service personnel to treat the man for leg and shoulder injuries.
He was flown to Bundaberg Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
