A 33-year-old Caboolture woman has been charged with murder over the death of Senior Constable David Masters on the Bruce Highway at Burpengary on Saturday.
Skye Wallis surrendered just before midnight on Tuesday, walking into the Caboolture Police Station.
It follows days of public appeals by police for Wallis to come forward after she allegedly fled the scene of the crash in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police will allege she was driving the allegedly stolen car that struck Senior Constable Masters as he was laying road spikes on the highway.
She is due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court today, charged with murder, arson and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
