Two injured in two car crash on Childers Rd, outside Bundaberg, Qld
Firefighters were forced to cut one person free from their car overnight following a two-car crash which blocked the main road into Bundaberg for almost an hour.

Two people have been taken to Bundaberg Hospital after a two-car crash on the outskirts of the city which left one of them trapped.
Emergency crews were called to the scene of the crash at Childers Rd, near its intersection with Wattle Glen Lane about 6km southwest of the airport, shortly before 6pm.
Fireys were forced to cut one of the patients, a man, from the wreckage of his vehicle.
A QAS spokeswoman said a woman was also treated at the scene by paramedics.
Each suffered head injuries in the crash and were taken to the city’s hospital.
The road was cut for about an hour as emergency crews worked to help the pair and clear the scene.
