QAS take boy to Bundaberg Hospital after snake bite

A boy was taken to Bundaberg Hospital on Tuesday after being bitten by a snake at South Kolan.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said paramedics transported the child to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition after he was bitten on the leg at a private home in South Kolan at 7.22pm.

A Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service spokeswoman said the boy remained in Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition on Wednesday morning.
