Bundaberg Backpackers building
Bundaberg Backpackers is on the market.
Located at 2 Crofton St, the property sits on 555sq m.
The building is leased as one of Bundaberg‘s most central backpacker facilities.
It will go to auction on May 19.
Mollydookers building
The incredibly unique Mollydookers restaurant offers a fusion of Aussie and Canadian cuisine and sits on the Bruce Highway south of Bundaberg at Apple Tree Creek.
The building is for sale for $689,000, with the option to buy the business negotiable.
According to the listing, the restaurant‘s owners are hoping to free up some equity by selling the building before leasing it back on a long-term basis.
East Bundaberg business space
Bundaberg‘s Pocket Storehouse has gone from strength to strength and has now outgrown its little shop over east.
The Scotland St building itself is now on the market, offering new electrical, new plumbing, new aircon and plans which have been pre-approved for future extensions.

Takeaway food complex
The takeaway food complex at 269 Bourbong St has hit the market.

Former Oodies building
The building at 103 Gavin St, North Bundaberg, is on sale for $350,000.
If it looks familiar, it’s because it’s the former home of popular cafe Oodies, which has since moved.
