Multiple police units rushed to a property in the Bundaberg suburb of Millbank on Wednesday afternoon, after concerned calls about a volatile dispute between neighbours. Initial reports indicated one resident in Walker Street had been threatened with a knife after a dispute between them and a neighbour erupted on the usually quiet Bundaberg street.

Multiple police units rushed to a property in the Bundaberg suburb of Millbank on Wednesday afternoon, after concerned calls about a volatile dispute between neighbours.

Initial reports indicated one resident in Walker Street had been threatened with a knife after a dispute between them and a neighbour erupted on the usually quiet Bundaberg street.

A Queensland Police Services spokesman said a verbal disturbance had occurred between residents of two units in Walker St, Millbank around 5.35pm on March 12, and police were called to the scene.

Police “spoke to a man and a woman involved, who are known to each other”, the statement read.

“No weapons were involved.

“No complaints have been made to police.”
