Three patients have been rushed to hospital after sustaining injuries in a multi-car crash in Eli Waters on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services responded to reports of a crash on Maryborough and Hervey Bay Road at 2.07pm, and assessed three occupants of two vehicles at the scene.
A spokeswoman for Queensland Ambulance Services said all three patients were transported to Hervey Bay hospital in a stable condition.
