A man has faced trial in Bundaberg for the alleged rape and indecent treatment of his young daughter.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to one count of rape and four counts of indecent treatment of a lineal descendant under the age of 16.
The jury retired on day two of the trial on Tuesday to reach a verdict, but by Wednesday, had still been unable to do so.
