Bundaberg police release image of armed robbery at Olsen’s Corner Foodworks

CCTV has captured the terrifying moment a man uses a knife to get out of a supermarket without paying for his shopping. See the video.

Footage shows man brandishing knife in supermarket

Bundaberg police have released footage which they say shows the moment a man brandishing a knife made his way out Olsen’s Corner Foodworks without paying for goods.

The incident happened about 8.30pm on Tuesday.

The footage reveals a man holding a knife at the popular Walker St store, before leaving and refusing to pay for several items.

Police are hoping the public can help identify him.

The man is described as Caucasian, in his mid to late 20s, 178cm with short brown hair.

He was wearing a grey hooded Fox brand jumper, a yellow and black high-vis work shirt, grey shorts, and thongs and was carrying two reusable shopping bags, one with RAG BAG written in felt pen on the side.
