Police said units were called to the scene of the crash on Moore Park Beach Rd between Eardleys Rd and Pashleys Rd at 6.45am Monday.
The crash involved three vehicles, with witnesses saying one vehicle collided with the back of another vehicle turning into a farm off Moore Park Beach Rd, pushing it into the path of another vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said two adults, a man and a woman, were transported to Bundaberg Hospital in a stable condition as a precaution against suspected spinal injuries.
QPS and QAS were unable to provide the ages of the people involved in the crash.
The road was cleared around 8am with traffic running smoothly in both directions soon afterwards.
