A man accused of an act of serious animal cruelty as a domestic violence offence has been remanded on bail to the Bundaberg District Court.
Kuri Kitawal appeared for mention in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Mr Kitawal’s case will be mentioned again on January 27, where it will be handed up for committal.
“This is a charge that exceeds the magistrates court, it has to go to the district court...” magistrate Trinity McGarvie said.
