Children involved in Windermere Rd crash near Bundaberg

A toddler and three children were among six patients taken to Bundaberg Hospital following a two-car crash at Windermere, Bundaberg.

Six people were taken to hospital after a two-car crash near Bundaberg.

The Queensland Ambulance Service said in a statement that the crash happened at 7.16pm on Tuesday at the intersection of Burnett Heads and Windermere Rds.

The patients included a young boy who suffered neck pain and a hand injury, a young boy who suffered head and neck pain, a young boy who suffered a minor abdominal injury and a toddler with a minor head injury.

A woman in her 40s also suffered chest pain and a second adult suffered minor injuries.

All patients were in a stable condition when taken to hospital.
