A child and two women were taken to hospital after two cars collided at an intersection at Bundaberg South with one of the vehicles also being pushed in to a traffic light.
Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed the three patients were taken to Bundaberg Hospital in stable conditions after the incident at 7.45pm Sunday.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said there had been several emergency calls about the two vehicle crash at the Barolin and Walkers Sts intersection where one of the vehicles also struck a traffic light.

The QPS spokesman said the roadway was clear about an hour after the incident.

A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said one crew attended the two-vehicle crash.

He said no one was entrapped and a tow truck was also called to the scene.
The fire crew also washed down the scene, making sure it was safe before leaving it with QPS.
