Tributes have flowed for Bundaberg mother Cassandra Renee Street (nee Wolff) following her sudden death just over a month before her 36th birthday on June 29.

The beloved mother of four has been remembered as a remarkable person and a beautiful soul, who put the needs of her children and others above her own, and whose light, fun loving and passionate nature would never be forgotten.

Devastated workmates, friends and family have expressed their grief at the loss of Cassy, and a gofundme has been launched to help pay for her funeral costs, and support her young children, Zac, Jake, Amiyah and Ryder.

Close friend since high school, Charmaine Apap said in a social post that she would cherish the many special and funny memories of Cassy.

“It is with great sadness that I write my dear friend Cassy passed away on Saturday 29th June,” she said.

“She loved the colour pink, hip hop/rap music and was the life of the party. Most of all she loved her beautiful children, her family and her friends. My heart goes out to Cassy’s children, parents, brothers and all of those close to her.

“She is very much loved and will be deeply missed. I will cherish the many special, and funny, memories. Love you chick. Rest In Peace.”

Gofundme organiser Jessica Webb said the world had lost the “most beautiful person and soul” with Cassy’s death.

“We are reaching out today on behalf of Cassandra’s family to assist with honouring Cassandra with a memorial service that is suited to the beautiful soul that Cassandra was and will forever be,” she says on the gofundme page.

“The world lost the most beautiful person and soul with her recent departure as anyone that knew Cassandra would know that she always put her children first and others above her needs and all she wanted was to help others when they were not at their best.,” Ms Webb said.
