Man killed in two car crash on Kamilaroi Highway, 63km from Wee Waa
A man in his 20s has died after his ute crashed into a truck in the state’s northwest. Here’s what we know.

A man has died after a two vehicle crash northwest of Wee Waa on Monday morning.
Emergency services were called to Kamilaroi Highway, about 63km northwest of Wee Waa, following reports of a crash involving a truck and a utility.
The driver of the ute – a man believed to be in his 20s – died at the scene.
He is yet to be formally identified.
The driver of the truck – a 58-year-old man – was not injured and taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene has been established while Oxley Police District officers begin an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The Kamilaroi Highway is closed in both directions at Merah North, west of Narrabri, and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
