Former Home and Away star Kate Ritchie was reportedly behind the wheel of a luxury car when it was involved in a multi-car crash in Sydney’s eastern suburbs on Wednesday.
NSW Police were called to Dudley St in Randwick about 5.10pm after reports of a crash.
Officers then looked into the circumstances surrounding the incident which revealed a BMW SUV has crashed into a parked car.
The 46-year-old female driver of the SUV exchanged details with the owner of the parked car and no injuries were reported.
Police said no action was required by them after the accident.
It is understood Ms Ritchie’s black BMW SUV crashed into a Mitsubishi Pajero, which was them pushed into the nearby Kai.
The owner, who did not want to be named, identified Ms Ritchie as the driver.
He said Ms Ritchie informed him she needed to leave to pick up her child and that her personal assistant would be in touch with him.
Pictures from the scene show the right side of the BMW had collided with a Mitsubishi Pajero which was then pushed into a nearby Kia.
At the scene on Thursday morning, both of the BMW and Kia had been towed away, however, the Pajero remained parked on the side of Dudley St with one wheel on the footpath.
Remnants of the crash were still seen under the Pajero with black car parts scattered across the ground.
The front right-hand light of the Pajero had also been smashed.
Ms Ritchie has been approached for comment through Nova radio.
