The stage has been set for the most brazen show of marital adultery Married At First Sight has ever seen, and it’s predictable as ever.
Last season it seemed it couldn’t get more scandalous than Davina Rankin and Dean Wells sharing an intimate moment on a bench, but Sam Ball and Ines Basic are about to make that look like a church service.

This episode Ines and husband Bronson Norrish were forced to go to couple’s counselling after a series of violent outbursts at the commitment ceremony, where couples are forced to reveal whether they want to continue with the experiment or leave.
Bronson, after a week of being called “inbred”, “trash” and “disgusting” snapped, calling Basic the C-word.
His choice of words attracted criticism from “expert” Mel Schilling who scolded, "Don't use language like that if you want any chance of a relationship with a woman."
Tonight Ines refused to accept one iota of responsibility for anything, saying it was completely Bronson’s fault.
Their counselling session ended with the couple saying they were both committed, however moments later Ines was on Instagram scrolling through semi-naked photos of Sam, remarking how “hot” he was.
She then proceeded to contact the tradie and model, laying the foundation for the cheating scandal Channel 9 has teased all season.
Tomorrow night’s preview shows a glimpse of Sam in Ines’ apartment, but does not clarify whether the pair actually follow through with their adultery.
In the same episode, a destitute Elizabeth Sobinoff is desperate to please both Sam and Ines, who she believed she upset at the commitment ceremony.
She apologised separately to both parties as they messaged each other planning to meet.
