A glamorous Gold Coast beautician has faced court after she was busted with cocaine in her bra at a music festival.
Abigail Eden Noske, 21, pleaded guilty in Southport Magistrates Court on Tuesday to one charge of possessing dangerous drugs.
Police searched the Benowa woman during a drug operation at a Main Beach music festival last month.
Two small clipseal bags containing 2.1g of cocaine were found in her bra, the court was told.
Duty lawyer Mollie Roper said her client had been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.
“I’m instructed that she hasn’t been medicated and wasn’t at the time of the offence,” Ms Roper said.
Magistrate Kerry Magee took into account Noske’s early guilty plea and the small quantity of drugs she was found with when she handed down the sentence.
“I hope this has brought home to you the very serious nature of drug offending,” Magistrate Magee said.
“If you get convictions recorded for drug offences, it can have a significant impact on your future.”
Noske was placed on a $500 good behaviour bond for three months and ordered to attend a drug assessment referral.
No conviction was recorded.
