Home damaged after being struck by car

A vehicle reversed into a Whittington home on Saturday morning.

EMERGENCY services were called to reports of a car crashing into a house in Whittington on Saturday morning.

Victoria Police spokesman Senior Constable Tim Bail said emergency services responded to the scene at a Challenger Close home about 10.10am.

“Initial inquiries indicate a vehicle struck a home’s brick wall,” Sen-Const. Bail said.

“No one was injured.”

He said council had been notified and would attend to check the structure.

SES confirmed Geelong unit volunteers attended the scene in Whittington, where a vehicle reversed into a brick building.
