A woman was taken to hospital after a two-car crash near a bridge at Dundathu, north of Maryborough.
The crash, which happened near Saltwater Creek Bridge on Thursday afternoon, caused lengthy delays on the Maryborough-Hervey Bay Rd.
It happened about 1.10pm at Dundathu, with one person trapped in a vehicle after the crash.
The woman was treated for neck, chest and abdominal injuries and was transported in a stable condition to Hervey Bay Hospital.
A second person was assessed at the scene but declined transport to hospital.
