30 students assessed after school bus crash at Nundah

More than 30 patients – many students – have been assessed for injuries after a school bus and car collided in Brisbane’s north in peak hour on Friday afternoon.

More than 30 people are being assessed for injuries after a crash between a school bus and a car north of Brisbane.

Emergency services rushed to the crash on Melton Road and Masefield Street at Nundah about 3.30pm.

The bus involved in the crash was from St Joseph’s Nudgee College and has students on board.

According to a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman, all patients were assessed at the scene and no one was taken to hospital.

Queensland Police said the crash site was cleared about 5pm.
