A man in his 50s is fighting for life after falling off his bike and hitting a light pole in a northern Brisbane suburb.
Emergency services were called to a reported bike incident at Perry St, Lutwyche just before 11am.
According to QAS, the man in his 50s came off his bike and hit his head on a light pole, sustaining a significant head injury.
He was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
It comes after a man was rushed to hospital with potential life-threatening injuries after an e-scooter and car crash at Deception Bay this morning.
