Forest Hill crash: Woman flown to hospital, two others injured serious accident

A woman has been flown to hospital and two others injured in a two-vehicle crash in the Darling Downs.

Paramedics rushed to the scene at Forest Hill about 5.40pm.

A woman has been flown to hospital by a helicopter in a serious condition following a two vehicle crash at Forest Hill this evening.

The crash occurred at Gatton Laidley Road West and Forest Hill Fernvale Road just before 5.40pm.

The 37-year-old female sustained significant head, shoulder and rib injuries and was taken to the Princess Alexandra hospital

Three other patients were assessed including two children who were taken to the Ipswich hospital in a stable condition and a male who did not require transport.

Police were called to assist with traffic control.

QFES crews made the area safe and the road was cleared just before 7.30pm.
