Police have reopened Herberton Rd in Atherton to traffic in both directions after a multi-vehicle crash hospitalised two.
Paramedics responded to a crash on Herberton Rd just south of the Main St and Robert St intersection at 11.23am.
A teenage boy was treated for chest and arm injuries and a woman was treated for a leg injury.
Both were taken to Atherton Hospital in a stable condition, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crew also attended the scene and found both vehicles had blocked the inbound lane.
“One of the cars can’t be moved … we’ve called for police to attend and conduct traffic control,” a QFES spokesman said.
