It comes just over a week since the separate workplace death of a solar panel maintenance worker in Brisbane.

Joshua Wargent, 43, fell through a roof and plummeted five metres at a business in Wynnum on June 29.

“RIP to the best dad ever,” wrote one of Mr Wargent’s sons on Facebook.

“Dad I love u so much and I don‘t know what to do without you now I’m gonna miss u so much, ur [sic] gonna be missed.”

A GoFundMe online fundraiser started to support Mr Wargent’s family has so far raised $5200 of its $20,000 goal.
