‘I didn’t shower for three weeks’: Emily Jade O’Keeffe’s shocking confession

Hot Tomato radio host Emily Jade O’Keeffe spilt some hilarious confessions during a grilling by 12-year-old Samara Wheeler.

HOT Tomato host Emily Jade O’Keeffe spilt the beans on some of her most shocking radio moments during a grilling by 12-year-old Samara Wheeler.

O’Keeffe, who is based on the Gold Coast, shared her hilarious confessions during The Courier-Mail’s online series, Tiny Edition, where kids interview celebrities.

“When I started out in radio, pranks were a really big thing,” she tells Samara Wheeler.

“I once didn’t shower for three weeks and I had to go to a wedding and I wasn’t allowed to wash my hair or shower or anything, that was pretty gross.”

But the surprising admissions kept coming from O’Keeffe, a mum to Millie and Teddy, when Samara asked about her most embarrassing parenting moment.

“When he (Teddy) was really little and I was still breast feeding him, we were at Westfield Carindale and I didn’t realise when I was carrying him that his little hand had pulled my top to the side and I was walking around Westfield with my boob out,” she said.

“A lot of people were smiling at me.”

O’Keeffe opens up on a variety of topics including her family life, home, radio career and what her kids really think of being spoken about on air.
