Qantas drops $599 return flights to Bali and more in huge Asia sale

Can you hear the Bintangs clink and the Birkenstocks clop? Qantas just launched a big Asia flight sale, and there's something for everyone. 

Looking to loll around in a cabana in a Bali day club? Hike up Hong Kong's mountain trails or boat hop the Philippines?

You could be in luck. 

Qantas just announced a week long sale where you can book sale fares to all those destinations.

The flying roo just released 100,000 discounted seats to nine popular Asian destinations, including Bali, Hong Kong, India, Tokyo and the Philippines, with  Economy return fares from $519.

Jump on bargain fares to Bali.

The sale lasts seven days, with the fares available to book from May 13 until May 19, for travel between June 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026 (amid some black out periods).

The cheapest flight in the sale is $519 fares from Perth or Darwin to Singapore. Other tasty deals include $599 return fares to Bali (which, if you do the math, works out to be $299 each way) during Aussie winter and $929 return fares to Hong Kong through October and November (coinciding with the Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival).

There are also $949 return fares to Tokyo, giving travellers the chance to see Tokyo's summer fireworks and $829 return fares to Manila with multiple dates available, including in early 2026 during the dry season.

Qantas CEO International Cam Wallace said the sale would appear to all sorts of Aussie travellers - from those looking to escape winter to those looking to embrace their inner foodie.   

“Whether it’s chasing the sun in Bali, exploring the street food scene in Hong Kong or visiting friends  and family, there’s something here for everyone," he said. 

“These travel dates also line up with some great events and festivals across Asia, making it the perfect  time to start planning a getaway.”
