Lily Philips, 23, performed the sex stunt as part of the unorthodox “training” she’s currently in ahead of her a world record attempt at sleeping with the most men in 24 hours.

However, her warm-up act wasn’t as easy as she anticipated, with behind-the-scenes footage from the event revealing Phillips was in tears after completing her challenge in October.

But fresh concerns have been raised for the British adult entertainer, after she admitted she didn’t use protection when performing oral sex on the men who took part.

In a second clip captured by YouTube filmmaker Josh Pieters in his new documentary titled, I Slept With 100 Men in One Day, Phillips talks the host through the actions she repeated 100 times that day.

After explaining the small pleasantries she made with each of the guys — all complete strangers — Phillips then stated she would get down to business.

“I start usually with [oral sex] and just say, ‘is there anything you like, don’t like?’ and then get into it,” she told Pieters, while stood in a room surrounded by discarded condom packets and used tissues.

Pieters, who recently began making documentaries after more than a decade of creating viral prank videos, then asks if she performed the initial sex act with a condom on — with Phillips’ response surprising everyone.

“No, I didn’t,” she states, before explaining that for full sex the condom was then used.

Pieters then asked if she was fearful about catching HIV through the act, to which she reportedly responded: “Is that where it comes from?”

The host replied: “You can.”

“Really? See, I’ve never really thought about that.”

HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that damages the cells in your immune system and weakens your ability to fight everyday infections and disease.

HIV is found in the body fluids of an infected person. This includes semen, vaginal and anal fluids, blood and breast milk.

More than 30,000 Australians are currently estimated to be living with HIV, according to Health Equity Matters.

Most people contract HIV through sexual contact though sharing needles, syringes, or other drug injection equipment accounts for a small percentage of transmissions.

There’s currently no cure for HIV, but there are very effective drug treatments that enable most people with the virus to live a long and healthy life.

Many have reacted to Phillips’ sexual disease knowledge with concern.

“I just watched Joshua Pieter’s documentary on OF star Lily Philips sleeping with 100 men in a day challenge and the way this absolutely broke my heart… she didn’t think this through at all. She wasn’t even aware of how HIV is transferred,” one wrote on X.

“She wasn’t aware of how STD/STI are transmitted and is a sex worker? That’s so dangerous,” another added.

As another claimed: “The documentary is deeply disturbing and highlights the potential dangers of such reckless behaviour. It’s crucial to prioritise health and well-being in all situations.”

Earlier on in the documentary, Phillips had said she would be enforcing a mandatory condom rule on all participants, but she was later seen sobbing as she admitted things hadn’t gone to plan.

“Sometimes you just disassociate... it’s not like normal sex at all.

“In my head, I can think of five, six guys, 10 guys that I remember. And that’s it. It’s just weird, isn’t it? If I didn’t have the videos I wouldn’t have known that I’d done a hundred.”

“It’s not for the weak girls, if I am honest, it was hard,” she continued.

“I don’t know if I would recommend it... it’s kind of like being a prostitute in a sense, in the sense of it’s just a different feeling. I don’t know how to explain it.

“Sometimes I feel so robotic. Just one in, one out, it feels intense.”

Pieters told news.com.au he wanted the documentary to capture every side of Phillips’ journey during her X-rated mission; the good, the bad and the ugly.

“It was vital that we showed as many sides to this complex scenario as possible,” he explained.

“Seeing Lily emotionally break down at the end of her challenge was extremely sad to see.

“Throughout my filming with her she had stressed how this was her ‘fantasy’ and how ‘excited’ she was for this day.

“Though despite her saying this to me, I could not shake the feeling that this was not going to be as easy and happy as she was wanted it to be.”

Phillips is currently still recruiting for the 1000-man event, which is scheduled to take place in January, and is training by having large quantities of sex and gradually increasing the number of sexual partners.

“I’ve done 101, and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks, it’s like a boxing match,” she told The Reality Check podcast recently.

“I think I’ll get sore towards the end, but I think I’ve got the right determination just to be able to push on.”

The current world record is held by Lisa Sparks, an adult film star who bedded 919 men in one day at a sex industry event in Poland back in 2004.

Sydney medical practitioner Dr. Zac Turner, who specialises in preventive health and wellness, warned that when “pushed to the extremes,” such activity could hurt the body.

“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins,” he told news.com.au.

“Done in moderation, it’s akin to a rewarding workout — promoting stress relief, cardiovascular health, and emotional bonding.

“However, when pushed to extremes, like a 24-hour sexual marathon, the physical and physiological toll can be severe.”
