Porn star breaks down during ‘training’ to sleep with 1000 men
Lily Phillips is “in training” to sleep with 1000 men, but despite insisting she enjoys the sex acts, new footage shows the real toll it takes.
A porn star who slept with 101 men in just a matter of hours has broken down in tears and admitted she “wouldn’t recommend” the sex stunt to others.
Lily Phillips is a British adult entertainer who recently hit headlines when she began recruiting 1000 guys to take part in a world record attempt at sleeping with the most men in 24 hours.
As part of the mental and physical preparation for the mammoth task, which experts have warned could have a severe physical and mental toll on Phillips, the adult creator took part in a smaller “sex marathon” involving 101 men in October.
Phillips later insisted she enjoyed the 14-hour job, declaring it “training” for her upcoming 1000-man event – but new behind-the-scenes footage suggests she was distressed in the aftermath of the incident.
YouTube filmmaker Josh Pieters followed Phillips as she prepared for her warm-up act, and captured the moment she broke down in tears in his new documentary titled, I Slept With 100 Men in One Day.
“It’s not for the weak girls, if I am honest, it was hard,” she told Pieters, immediately after she’d finished.
“I don’t know if I would recommend it... it’s kind of like being a prostitute in a sense, in the sense of it’s just a different feeling. I don’t know how to explain it.
“Sometimes I feel so robotic. Just one in, one out, it feels intense.”
When Pieters asked, “more intense than you thought it might?”, Phillips became visibly emotional and bursts into tears – a reaction that has since gone viral on social media.
Pieters, who has recently began making documentaries after more than a decade of creating viral prank videos, told news.com.au he wanted the documentary to capture every side of Phillips’ journey during her X-rated mission; the good, the bad and the ugly.
“It was vital that we showed as many sides to this complex scenario as possible,” he explained.
“Seeing Lily emotionally break down at the end of her challenge was extremely sad to see.
“Throughout my filming with her she had stressed how this was her ‘fantasy’ and how ‘excited’ she was for this day.
“Though despite her saying this to me, I could not shake the feeling that this was not going to be as easy and happy as she was wanted it to be.”
During the almost 48-minute doco, Phillips revealed that it wasn’t just the physical intimacy of having sex with so many men that made her feel “bad”, but also the idea of disappointing the men taking part.
“I’d have to stand on business, and be like, ‘sorry you’ve got to go’, which created some awkward moments,” she shared.
She also said she felt “pressure” to make sure the men – who were all complete strangers – reached physical climax and kept to the strict time frames.
Pieters said some of the male participants struggled too, including one man who was seen physically affected by his time with the popular OnlyFans star.
“Some men we encountered seemed relaxed and quite happy with what they had done that day, and some like the man who was violently shaking were evidently potentially not entirely convinced they had made the smartest decision that day,” he explained.
“It was upsetting to see the difference in Lily from having left her early that morning to reuniting with her at the end of it all.
“I think what surprised me the most about Lily was just how much of a smart, bright, capable woman she is. I’m not here to judge her for her career choices, I just hope she is thinking clearly about her own best interests in the short and long term with the decisions she is making.”
Many social media users have reacted in shock to the clip, speculating they believed Phillips “looked traumatised” by what had occurred.
“Soul destroying, this is so sad,” one commented on X.
“She looks like she’s actually broken. The poor girl didn’t know what she was getting herself into,” another claimed.
As another argued: “I hope for her mental health she doesn’t attempt the 1000 men record.”
Pieters said he hopes the documentary helps highlight the “true toll” of this career, which has exploded in popularity in recent months, and has seen other women pulling off similar extreme stunts such as Bonnie Blue’s controversial Schoolies event.
“We are witnessing a case of someone feeling that they are slave to their profession and feel the pressure to keep striving for more,” the filmmaker told news.com.au.
He added that he felt compelled to try and “uncover some truth behind the character I believe Lily was playing”, as he had seen videos where she had “referred to herself as a ‘sl*t’ a ‘whore’ and was claiming to enjoy those tags”.
“I just couldn’t quite believe this was the case and no one was actually taking the time to speak to her and challenge her on some of these things,” he said.
“I think the documentary shows that once someone takes the time to talk to Lily like a human being, we see that there is a lovely, caring and intelligent woman underneath the guise of it all.”
Phillips is currently still recruiting for the 1000-man event, which is scheduled to take place in January, and is training by having large quantities of sex and gradually increasing the number of sexual partners.
“I’ve done 101, and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks, it’s like a boxing match,” she told The Reality Check podcast recently.
“I think I’ll get sore towards the end, but I think I’ve got the right determination just to be able to push on.”
The current world record is held by Lisa Sparks, an adult film star who bedded 919 men in one day at a sex industry event in Poland back in 2004.
“To be completely transparent with you all; this event is the one thing I regret doing in the 23+ years in the porn industry to this day. This was also the ONLY job I agreed to perform strictly for the money,” Sparks, known best by her porn name, Lisa Sparxxx, wrote on her website.
Sydney medical practitioner Dr. Zac Turner, who specialises in preventive health and wellness, warned that when “pushed to the extremes,” such activity could hurt the body.
“Sex, at its core, is a physically demanding activity that engages various muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins,” he told news.com.au.

“Done in moderation, it’s akin to a rewarding workout — promoting stress relief, cardiovascular health, and emotional bonding.
“However, when pushed to extremes, like a 24-hour sexual marathon, the physical and physiological toll can be severe.”
