Newborn babies can do incredible things.

Earlier this year, we saw amazing footage of a three-day-old Nyilah Daise racing to crawl, lifting her head, and 'talking'.

Now, it's little Raven's turn in a viral clip posted by proud mum Andalee Brooke - from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

"Another wild moment for my daughter"

Posting to her Instagram, Andalee Brooke shares the impressive footage. It's captioned:  "Another day, another wild moment for my daughter. She said she's ready to go I guess. Eight weeks old in the NICU and thinks she's ready to crawl."

The footage shows tiny Raven making a mighty effort, lifting her legs high, digging her elbows in and lifting her head - and most certainly on the move.

Raven and her twin brother Kai are both in the NICU, having been born prematurely, and mum Andalee regularly updates her 50 000 followers about her little premmie warriors.

Newborn baby reflexes

Remarkable to see, the movements can be credit to 'Newborn baby reflexes' - which are common.

But it still looks like a miracle, especially for tiny NICU fighters.

The clip has been shared elsewhere on social media, and people are gobsmacked.

"We have a runner," wrote one impressed viewer.

Another gushed, "Wow what a beautiful moment, looks like she started walking in the womb."

There were many comments on how babies are built strong these days, with one writing, "A generation of superhumans!"

Andalee's posts also show Kai making his own major progress. Go you tiny things!
