A HOARDER in Manhattan is running out of space — and time.
Kevin McCrary has a 30-year build-up of junk in his rent-controlled $1400-per-month Upper East Side Apartment.
He is now trying to save what he can after receiving a final notice of eviction from his landlord to move out.
McCrary, 65, is the son of early radio personalities Tex McCrary and Jinx Falkenburg.
He is unemployed and has lived on the money from his famous parent’s estate.
The apartment is stuffed floor to ceiling with things including electrical appliances, clothing, books, boxes and a ridiculous amount of television sets.
McCrary’s “collection” grew so large and blocked the main entrance to the abode that he was forced to enter his apartment by fire escape ladder.
He also stores a surplus of trash in his van outside the building.
The owners of the building made three failed attempts to evict him.
