A NEW pop-up gin garden will open today in Brisbane City with the launch of Bramble in Bloom.

Taking over part of Riverbar and Kitchen along the waterfront, the fresh drinking spot will serve cocktails made with Bombay Sapphire’s new gin Bombay Bramble.
The blackberry and raspberry-infused spirit will form the base of cocktails such as the British Fizz and Twentieth Centuberry, with drinks served in jugs perfect for sharing.

A gin-themed snack menu will also be in play including the likes of beetroot-cured salmon with cream cheese and blueberries, as well as flatbread with crispy chickpeas and buffalo curd.
The pop-up, which will be decorated with an Instagram-worthy flower display, will run until November 29.
