Ambient Middle Eastern vegetarian restaurant Za Za Ta will put on an elaborate Israeli-inspired feast with everything from house-made breads and mezze to kofta, halloumi doughnuts, falafel and shawarma. To ensure guests are in good spirits, there will be roving belly dancers and a DJ, plus non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink pairings.

The Italian riverfront restaurant in the CBD is throwing its annual black tie NYE bash with sparkling on arrival, a premium five-hour beverage package including beer, wine and spirits, canapes, an antipasto station, a live DJ and views of the city fireworks.

Celebrate the Spanish way this New Years with a fiesta of food and drink. There will be a five-hour drinks package including the likes of sangria, sparkling wine, Spanish and Australian red and white vino, beer, soft drink and juices, plus spirits from 10.30pm. The food will include a variety of tapas such as octopus, suckling pig ribs and jamon, plus lamb rack, wagyu beef, cheese and churros. There will also be a Latin band performing all night.
