More visitors are coming to Queensland more than ever before, with the latest data from Tourism Research Australia showing holiday visitation is 12.6 per cent higher than pre-Covid levels in 2019.

All Queensland regions except one reached record overnight visitor expenditure levels in the year ending March 2023, with the Gold Coast welcoming a record number of 4.2m visitors.
