Whisky Business has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a Facebook-only macaron business run by husband and wife team Kylie and Ben Rhodes.
Kylie says the secret to their sought-after eggs benedict is ensuring eggs are “perfectly poached” to each customer’s preference.
They’re served on toasted Turkish bread, with baby spinach, hollandaise, and a choice of bacon, smoked salmon, haloumi, pulled pork or mushrooms.
